Cancellation Policy

At DataSharp Academy, we understand that unplanned things can happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we’ll do our best to support you while maintaining fairness and clarity for all parties involved.

Please read the following terms carefully to understand how cancellations are handled for each of our services.

Workshops

Refunds for workshop cancellations depend on when you notify us before the scheduled start:

Full refund if you cancel at least 28 days before the workshop begins.
50% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before the workshop begins.
No refund if you cancel during the final 14 days before the start.

Example: If a workshop begins on Monday the 29th of September 2025:

You must cancel before Monday the 1st of September 2025 to receive a full refund.
You must cancel before Monday the 15th of September 2025 to receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations from Monday the 15th of September 2025 are non-refundable.

We may consider rescheduling your participation in similar sessions once depending on availability and up to 6 months after the original workshop. Contact us and we will do our best to find a solution that works for both sides.

Customised Courses

Once a formal agreement is signed:

50% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before the event.
No refund if cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled start.

Rescheduling once may be possible within one year of the original date, depending on availability. If we’re unable to find a suitable date, the agreed fee remains due.

Consulting Services

Our consulting services are offered in three pricing tiers, each with different services and number of included follow-up meetings.

Any started tier is non-refundable, even if not all services or meetings are used.
Unused tiers are refundable in full.

Example: If you purchase a full three-tier package including 7 follow-up meetings:

If you use only 1 to 3 follow-up meetings, you’ll be refunded €500, reverting your total to the €1000 two-tier package.
If you use 4 to 6 meetings, the top tier is considered started and no refund is possible, even if the 7th meeting is not used.

Note on the Right of Withdrawal: As outlined in our Terms & Conditions (Section 8), the European Right of Withdrawal applies to both workshops and consulting services. You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not yet begun. If the service starts within this period, reimbursement may be limited to the unused portion of the service.
